Turbine-derived consumption monitoring where fiscal approval is not required.
The MT-Q applies turbine measurement to internal consumption monitoring and energy management, where knowing usage to within a couple of percent is enough and pattern approval is unnecessary. Dropping the fiscal certification makes it substantially cheaper to deploy across many departmental sub-meters.
